Just in time for half term and Halloween family activities, fantastic new searchable website www.animaldaysout.com has been updating their events section to include UK-wide activities this October and November at nature, wildlife, water, insect and other animal attractions all around the UK.

A one-stop online mine of information for finding attractions and days out, Animal Days Out only promotes those venues and activities which have strong links with animal welfare, conservation and education, ensuring parents and teachers can trust every venue to be socially responsible.

Director Victoria McHolland-Pilcher says, “We set the site up to be a useful tool for everybody looking for a local or holiday activity concerning wildlife, animals or nature, without compromising on animal welfare.  We’re passionate about the ethical and humane aspect of all our listed attractions, which are carefully chosen.  This gives the site’s visitors peace of mind as well as the most up-to-date and useful information all year round.”

The site is fast becoming the most detailed, comprehensive attraction site for animal, wildlife and nature related venues with well over 400 listings from venues all around the UK and Ireland, and is expanding on a daily basis.

The site includes a detailed, searchable database, events area, separate Animal and Water zones, a special Budget Days Out section, a fun activity section for children including games, jokes, puzzles, colouring sheets and an online shop selling only ethical and eco-friendly animal-related gifts and toys, great for birthdays and Christmas for animal-lovers everywhere.
