Mystery Shoppers Wanted Now

27 October 2009 2 Comments

I’ve just got news from a Mystery Shopping company that is actively looking for shoppers right now:

Retail Active are recruiting mystery shoppers to help us in our mission to improve our clients services. We are seeking those over 18 years of age who are passionate about improving customer service levels and who see themselves as reliable and objective. To become a mystery shopper with us we ask candidates to complete a short online test to ensure that you are the right kind of person we are looking for. If accepted, we will contact you via email or telephone to update you on the newest assignments available. If you accept an assignment we ask that you carry it out within a timeframe detailed in the assignment brief sent to you.

After you have successfully completed your assignment you will need to complete our online evaluation form to give feedback on your experience – we ask that this be done within 48hrs of completing your assignment.

The payment you can expect to receive for each assignment varies but will be listed in the assignment briefing along with details of any reimbursements for purchases. Remuneration includes an average payment for each assignment of between £5 – £25, and often where the mystery shopper is required to make a purchase they will be refunded the expense and get to keep the item(s).”
