Kleeneze have recently conducted a survey of working parents in partnership with charity Working Families. The study revealed that over a third of working parents (34%) in the UK say that they don’t feel able to exercise their legal right to request flexible hours. As a response to the findings of the survey, Working Families have put together the attached leaflet, offering advice to working parents on their legal rights.
