This continues throughout your career with Jamie at Home whether you choose to develop to becoming a manger or not! Support offered: On top of the support from your manager, you will have a network of consultants in your team that can always offer help and advise either at the monthly team meetings (non-mandatory attendance) or at the end of a phone.
