Friday Giveaway: Good Food Show and Wine Show Tickets
October sees the return of the BBC Good Food Show Winter and it will kicking off in Scotland on the 22nd to 24th October at the SECC Glasgow. It promises to be a great day out and we have five pairs of tickets to give away for shows in Glasgow, London and Birmingham so there are LOTS of chance to win!
The Good Food show will also be at the NEC Birmingham from 24th to 28th November and the Wine Show will be at Olympia London from 12th to 14th November.
Here is a taster of what you can expect at each event:-
Good Food Show Scotland, SECC Glasgow
The Good Food Show Scotland is celebrating Scotland’s year of food and drink. James Martin and Gordon Ramsay will be cooking live on stage in the Supertheatre. The Producer’s Village is there to give visitors the chance to buy food from a selection of artisans. There will also be Scotland’s Regional Village where you can buy products from Scotland’s finest producers. Other exhibitions include the Love Food Hate Waste Theatre and of course there is also a chance to do some shopping and have a drink or two along the way.
Good Food Show Winter, NEC Birmingham
The Good Food Show Winter will be featuring many of the same exhibitions as Scotland but it will also have its own unique offering. Gordon Ramsay, James Martin, Rick Stein and Gary Rhodes will be the Supertheatre. John Torode and Gregg Wallace will be hosting the Masterchef Experience. New features this year include the Masterchef restaurant and the Saturday Live Kitchen, which includes the ‘omelette challenge’ and wine tasting.
Wine Show Olympia London
For those of you who prefer your wine to food then this is the show for you. Drink experts including Oz Clarke, Tim Atkin, Susy Atkins and Rob Buckhaven will be hosting tutored tastings in The Drinks Tasting Theatre. Features include the Wine Market, Tapas Time with Campo Viejo and learning the art of opening a bottle of Champagne with a sword which is called Sabrage.
