When you run a small business or work from home, a daily routine might be really important. For example I can’t start my day without a good cup of coffee while I wrangle with the boys and persuade them that putting on shirt, trousers, jumper etc can be achieved without stopping for 10 minutes between items of clothing. And if I get five minutes, I’ll take my coffee out onto the beach for a bit of peace to get my mindset right too.
