The 2010 mumandworking awards reward and recognise the companies and individuals that make flexible working possible and show that family-friendly employment not only supports family life but give real benefits to the companies involved.
Supported by Sarah Beeny this new awards programme recognises working parents, flexible employers and parents in business.The finalists plus many other supporters of flexible working took part in the ceremony at Hilton St Anne’s Manor near Bracknell on 4th November.

All the awards are about flexible employment especially family-friendly employment. The judges were looking for real, everyday stories where flexible employment is working and proving that having family-friendly approach can be a real asset to a company.
