Have you been barbecuing?

We’ve been barbecuing more this summer than previously – now K is five it’s a little easier to be sure he’ll stay away while the food is cooking, and all three kids like toasting marshmallows at the end. Anyway, it was interesting to read how we’re more at risk of contaminating food with a barbecue … and also how simple measures like washing hands and keeping chopping boards separate and clean can help. BBQ infographic
