ACEInspire and Family Friendly Working aim to ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly.

What information will we collect from you?

ACEInspire and Family Friendly Working will collect your name, address, email, phone number and credit/debit card number when you place an order, and your name and email address when you sign up for a course or newsletter. The information we collect shall be used for the purposes of processing your transaction or sending the requested information with ACEInspire and Family Friendly Working, in line with the Data Protection Act. At no time shall we divulge ANY of your details to a third party.

How will we use it?

This information is used for internal marketing purposes only. We do not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.) Your information is not shared with any other third party or company outside of billing and shipping purposes. If you agree to join our mailing list, we may periodically send a newsletter to the address you give. Any emails sent will be for the purpose of informing you of new products, special offers etc, information and news and articles.

If you have joined our mailing list and subsequently change your mind, then please send an email to newsletter@acpr.co.uk giving your last name and email address, please put in the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE FAMILY FRIENDLY WORKING. Your details will be removed from the list within 24 hours. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser.
