Engaging Business has seen a 220% increase (week on week) in businesses requesting further information about its new Working At Home Survey as companies prepare for employees to be working from home indefinitely.
Engaging Business announced the launch of its new Working At Home survey this month and has already seen a huge increase this week compared to last week.
Businesses are looking to monitor the happiness and well being of their employees who are now working from home to ensure that they are as engaged as they would be working from the office.
Business, which already offers organisations bespoke engagement surveys to
measure, track and improve workplace happiness, is enabling organisations to
survey remote workers to keep in touch, monitor and measure their workplace
happiness to ensure that employees feel engaged, satisfied and motivated,
whilst working from home.
The survey can be quickly tailored to organisations and can include questions from the current Engaging Works Workplace Happiness Survey. The results will provide useful data and insights to help organisations maintain a remote but happy and engaged workforce; research indicates that high levels of engagement and happiness at work improves commercial performance as well as being good for individuals and society.
Then keeping your staff happy is now s important and giving them rewards is one way of doing that. We use an employee perk platform which is just brilliant and makes doing that so easy so well worth a look if your staff need some good perks. Questions in the survey include asking if employees feel that they are trusted to make decisions from home, have all the information they need, and if they are happy with the environment they work in.
Lord Price launched Engaging Works and Engaging Business back in 2017. The company now helps over 250businesses globally improve the happiness and engagement of their teams and has seen tens of thousands of individuals globally take the free Workplace Happiness Survey which helps people determine how happy they are in their current job.
Lord Mark Price, Founder of Engaging Business comments on the launch; “We’ve been inundated with requests from companies who, in light of recent events, now have many employees working from home or are transitioning to having their whole workforce at home. Most companies tell us that in the first one to two weeks of working remotely that it’s crucial that employees feel supported through communication. Our new Working at Home survey is already proving popular as it enables organisations to ensure that home workers are happy and engaged. At home workers can also join our online community at engaging.works to share their experiences and making connections on our Global Hub – a place for people to share ideas and help develop their careers. We also offer free tools such as mentor matching and people can find information on development and training as well as an extensive business library.”
